Course Syllabus

Tuesday/Thursday 2-3:30 PM, Room 250 GSPP, 2607 Hearst Avenue

Suzanne Scotchmer, Professor of Economics and Public Policy

This course will largely be taught from the text Innovation and Incentives by Suzanne Scotchmer, sometimes supplemented by readings we will place on the website. You can get the book (reader) at Copy Central at the corner of Euclid and Hearst. 

There will be two quizzes (20%, 20%) and a final exam (50%); Class participation counts 10%.   Graduate students enrolled in PP 290-5 will receive 4 units of credit instead of 3 units. They are also required to write a paper.
